Your next challenge:
-
Collect from Business owners (CPOs and Product Managers), and define and communicate the product vision and strategy to the development team, stakeholders, and other members of the organization. Translate the vision into capabilities or Features.

Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the needs and priorities of customers and stakeholders. Continuously refine and groom the backlog to ensure it is well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.

Participate and conduct PID analysis.

Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and the development team to define user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure that user stories are clear, concise, and actionable.

Define and participate in the testing strategy in scope and be accountable, with the support of the Fusion team, for executing and validating the delivery.

Create and streamline documentation for end-users (Quickaccess user guides, Confluence documentation).

Participate in sprint planning meetings to help the development team understand the prioritized items from the product backlog and provide clarifications when needed.

Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate their input into the product backlog. Regularly communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.

Actively participate in and animate various Agile ceremonies, such as sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Provide guidance to the development team during the sprint and ensure that the product vision is effectively translated into working software.

Collaborate with the development team, Scrum Master, and other stakeholders to plan and coordinate product releases. Define release goals, scope, and schedule, ensuring that customer value is delivered in a timely manner.
Your skills:

Master's degree in Finance or a related field, or an equivalent experience.

At least 7 years of experience in the banking sector, or in a relevant position.

Fluency in French and English. Any other language is an asset.

Strong knowledge of Business Situation Analysis, Feasability Assessment, Business Process Improvement, Innovation Management, Banking & Financial Knowledge, Requirements Definition & Management, BIL Products & Services, Data Collection & Analysis, Systems, User Support & Incident Management, Laws & Regulations, and Test Definition & Execution.

Excellent understanding of Product Management, Delivery Management, Stakeholder Management, Customer Experience, Backlog Priority Management, and Distribution Channels.
