[English version below] Fin mars, nos équipes étaient à #Rome sur le chantier du futur hôtel JO&JOE, une marque du portefeuille Ennismore, joint-venture créée en 2021 avec Accor, qui détient une participation majoritaire.
Ce projet de restructuration lourde dans un bâtiment historique est porté par nos équipes d'Asset Développement & Management et notre directeur de projet Mattia Bonvicini, qui nous a accompagné avec efficacité pour piloter le dossier administratif et l'appel d'offre remporté par Tetris Italia Immobiliare.
Les travaux ont débuté fin 2021. Dès le premier semestre 2023, cet hôtel de 218 lits doté d'un rooftop, d'un club et d'une pizzeria ouvrira ses portes pour offrir en plein centre de Rome l'expérience lifestyle JO&JOE !

By the end of march, our team was in Roma on the construction site of the future JO&JOE hotel, a brand from the Ennismore portfolio, a joint venture created in 2021 with Accor, which holds a majority stake.
This project of heavy restructuring in a historical building is managed by our Asset Development & Management teams and our project director Mattia Bonvicini, who has accompanied us with efficiency to lead the administrative processes and the tender won by Tetris Italia Immobiliare.
Works began at the end of 2021. By S1 2023, this hotel of 218 beds with a rooftop, a club and a pizzeria will open its doors to provide in the very center of Roma JO&JOE's lifestyle experience!
